How can I cook soyrizo (soy chorizo) and egg whites without a stove top/burner?

Can I bake them or put them in the microwave?

UPDATE: Mission accomplished. Food devoured. lol. I didn't have a mug so I used a disposable paper bowl...heated 2oz soyrizo for about 1 minute, mixed egg beaters smart cup (60 calories) with soyrizo and heated another minute. Mixed the outside into the middle because the outside cooks first...heated about 1 1/2 more minutes and it was done.

Glad you sussed this. I'd have heated an iron skillet in hot oven, add a little oil and the soyrizo, then returned to the oven for a few minutes. then an egg and back into the oven for a few more minutes.

Well truthfully I would do something more complicated involving diced potatoes and onion.
