Ok I need to shed 40 pounds by March no excuses. Any forty somethings want to help me? I'll help you in return with daily log ins and motivation. I use a TRX system and my X11i from home. After I meet my goal I'll be doing long hikes with a 1/4 mile swim (part of my trail is in the ocean) between La Jolla cove and blacks beach then up the steep stairs and back through Torrey hills. If you don't live near you can put the map in your treadmill too. Please ad if you want a serious partner! I'll also ad cool healthy recipes on our messages back n forth!
