    :) It helped me to get connected with a thread of women near my age and to get to know them well enough that I felt that I had the support and encouragement of a whole community that was available to me all the time....I also made the decision that getting fit and healthy and losing the weight was my number one priority and that I'd have to change a lot of behaviours and attitudes that had caused trouble for me in the past.
