Hello everyone, I started Insanity in the end of august and completed month one. Then I started slacking off because of some other engagements. During this period, i continued brisk walk and climbing stairs. My question is now when I plan on starting again, do I repeat month one or start from month two. I took a break for like 3 weeks.

It's all about effort to me, so either would be beneficial. That said, month two is MUCH tougher than month one, so if you feel you've lost fitness I would start over.
As a bigger statement I think it's a good idea to not view a program as having an ending. I've been doing Insanity programs for years now, and have taken to creating hybrid programs without a goal of completing it, but instead goals of kicking more kitten.
Bring max effort every time and you will reap the benefits. Good luck!0 -
Agreed, it's really up to you0
