Halo Top Calorie Count

I love Halo Top Ice Cream, but to me the nutritional values did not add up. For a 1/2 cup of the birthday cake it says it is 70 calories, 2g fat, 15g carbs, and 6g protein. So that equals out to be 102 calories. So technically an entire pint would be 408 calories rather than 280. I know there is something about dietary fiber being subtracted...there is 5g per half cup...as well as sugar alcohols...not sure. Just wondering if you count the actual amount or you guys subtract fiber and sugar alcohols.

They subtract fiber and sugar alcohols don't worry about being always 100 percent accurate for labels....cause most of them won't be. It's more about consistency0

Erythritol has a near zero food energy output (0.224 kcal/g, iirc), so that's where most of it goes. They're still required to list it as a carb though.0
