High protein focus

Hey peeps. I've been on mfp on and off for years. It helped me lose more than I gained after my pregnancy. I cut carbs and filled up on protein. Then I got a job that took most of my time and attention. Carbs, like bread, kept back in and I lost the muscle id built thru excersice.

I have gained 8 lbs and at a 31 bmi now have started to see a nutritionist / herbalist in hopes off treating some other issues and am now moving towards a more meat and nuts diet as part of their plan.

So again I'll focus more on protein and minimal carbs... but this time with a more organic focus.. So no atkins bars and protein shakes as a quick go to... and no more sugar free this and that.

Would love any friends and support from anyone, especially those with a similar focus. Yay!
