Week 1 down.

Started training last Sunday and today is my first rest day. Lost almost 10 lbs so far and my goal of 175 is looking realistic. If you wanna talk or just motivate each other then drop me a line

    Great job on dropping 10 already! Once the ball starts rolling it is so much easier to stay on track!
