Trying to lose weight but I keep failing

Ughhhhh failed again and ate 10 munchkins and Indian food :( I'm starting my diet again tomorrow someone please help keep me on track

    Every day is a new day, if you fall off track, just start fresh the next day. What are you doing for a diet? I try to allow some form of a treat/cheat meal once a week so I don't feel like I am being deprived of foods I enjoy.

    Remember, this isn't a diet. This is a genuine lifestyle change for a better you. There is no starting tomorrow, or every day will be another 'tomorrow' that you can start. Log everything, move on, but try to stay better tomorrow.

    After all, if this is a 'diet', what'll happen once your 'diet' is over, and you need to maintain? You can't go back to your old way of eating, it'd be gained back.
