I've never had call to say this out loud, but if I did: Is it said like psycho? That's my favorite option so I hope you'll say that's it.
Or is it see eye see oh?
Is it kicko?
Or just calories in, calories out?

    But I have never said all that out loud. I say "ingest fewer calories than you burn."

    And when people stare at you blankly when you say that, then ... "I eat fewer calories than I burn". "Calories in less than calories out."

    I got sidetracked by the child poster, but yeah Psycho is how i say it in my head. I have never actually said it out loud like that though lol If i'm talking to someone i just say eat less calories than you burn. I had no idea what CICO stood for when i first came here...
