Hi there, I'm karen, 33. I started exercising to get out if the negative rut my head was in. 4 weeks later and am doing 4-8 miles a day. Lbs not shifting as quick as I'd like but hey.... Do they ever! Loving this new me and getting more and more addicted and motivated. Need to take tomorrow off as my knee has started to hurt which I'm gutted about.
I usually train on my own in the weekdays, then with my 3 year old in her buggy at the weekends, she loves it, give her a bag of grapes and she's happy lol.
Looking for like minded buddies to inspire me with diary sharing etc.... Add me x
