Hey! My name is Sarah. I joined MFP at the start of my recent pregnancy and was able to gain just 32 pounds total by the day I delivered. Woot! I'm now 5 weeks postpartum and cleared to exercise. I have 13 remaining baby pounds to lose. At 5'5" my current 160 lbs is awesome for 1 month post-baby but not where I want to stay.

So. I have a goal to hit not just my pre-baby weight of 147 but 20 lbs below it at 127 lbs by my baby's first birthday. I'd love help and support from any other mamas losing baby weight or any other mildly overweight girls like me with a goal to slowly but steadily get down to the 120s or so. :)
