My Greatest Challenge

67 yrs. old, Diabetic with painful nerve damage to both feet, Osteoarthritis and a Heart Condition that limits my activities & ability to exercise.
Beginning another diet tomorrow with the goal being to achieve the weight loss desired.
Live in SNJ, Retired Railroad Electrician & Nam Veteran 69/70.
