Hit my first goal!

When I joined this site all I wanted was to lose the 30lb I had gained back over the course of a year as fast as possible but once I lost the first 10lb I changed my goals.
1. I want a body fat % of 25% or below
2. I want to reach and stay within the 20lb healthy weight range given to me by my doctor.

This week I hit 25% bf. Im so happy. I'm doing a recomp for the first time in my life and its a much slower and challenging process than anticipated (despite being warned and well informed that it likely would be)

It's been around 240 days. Ive only lost 16lb of fat and gained just over 1lb of muscle but seeing that 25% showed me that I am making real progress towards my goals.

What goals have you hit recently?
