July 14th - Aug 14th Challenge

I posted that I had started a challenge on Sunday for myself and had a couple friends interested in possibly doing it with me, so I'm posting here. You could start today, or go back and make up the 2 days that you've missed!

On Aug 15th I'm going in to try on my wedding dress and see if I need any alterations. I want to do as much as I can in the next month, because after Aug 15th, I'll have to stick with that size until after the wedding, I want to avoid last minute alterations!

My challenge consist of crunches (or any form of sit up, I change it up to use all stomach muscles), plank and push ups. I will do as many push ups on my toes, but will drop down to knees if I feel like I'm about to fall on my face. I'm also attending a boot camp class 3 days a week and on the off days will either go for a run, swim or get my butt in the gym.

    Awesome! Would love to have anyone and everyone join me on this challenge! And exactly, its not too difficult, but difficult enough to get your heart rate up. And I'm super exited about possibly holding a plank for 5 mins by the end of this..... it will be difficult but such an accomplishment :)
