How long have you been attempting to lose weight? When the scale goes down i get happy. No matter if its just .5 lbs. Early on, I lost a lot of weight in the early weeks. But not I don't lose as quickly. But I don't worry about it because I know I'm much healthier than before. Just keep making healthy life decisions and everything else will fall in place.

Well i have lost 23lbs so far. But really hard core dieting and lifestyle change for alittle over 2 months.

See, thats what I was saying. I don't expect to lose 3-5lbs a week now. In the beginning when I lost that much, I knew it was water weight and just the simple shock my body had that I had changed my lifestyle. You are 2 months in and I think its very normal to lose .5 - 2 lbs a week. MFP doesn't even give you an option to lose any more than that. Don't be so hard on your self. Just be happy that scale went down. Also take some measurements, you could be losing inches instead of weight.
