Fitness Advice Needed

Hello,
I am a 25 yrs old, 5'2 female who weights around 132 lbs. I use to be very active, worked out 4-5 days a week (mainly weight training) and did some cardio. I was in a fairly good shape, due to watching my diet closely and doing cardio. In the past few months I've been traveling, so my diet has been terrible and the only exercise I've done was walking (4-8 miles a day).
I've researched Ketogenic diet and would like to try it. I'm not only doing this diet for weight loss purposes but for detox as well. I have decided to embarke on a 40 day keto challenge, so wish me luck:). Besides going keto I'm planning on working out 4-5 times a week. After the 40 days of keto I'm planning to training Bikini competetor style.
My goal is to weight around 115-118 lbs and around 18-19% body fat.
I'd like to know your opinion on the topic of #keto #fatloss. Thanks for reading.
