Ordering roasted veggies at food bar

How many calories do you add when you order roasted veggies at a prepared food bar?
I logged roasted cauliflower but I don't think this accounts for the oil used. The food isn't particularly oily but it's not oil-free by any means.

This is one of those guestimate situations.

I would log raw cauliflower and then log a tsp or two of oil, myself.
