Ok peeps. I'm back at getting fit after having a baby 1 month ago. I gained 55 lbs and had my fun but now it's time to get this off. I'm looking for meal prep help. I want to focus more on nutrition this time instead of just counting the calories. I ordered Idealfit protein shakes and I'm trying to start meal prepping. I just have no clue where to start. Any help?

One of the things that is a big help to me is prepping all my veggies as soon as I get home from the grocery. Then through the week I can grab a handful raw for lunch or snack or throw together a quick stir fry for supper or steamed on the side or whatever. It saves me a lot of time during the week and it makes it easy to use them and eat them.1

I buy things like bags of broccoli slaw or brussel sprout slaw and pre-chopped onions and veggies that saves me a lot of time. I use a foreman grill to easily cook chicken or lean turkey burgers. A rice cooker to throw in the microwave and cook up rice or oatmeal quickly.1
