Deciding comes first!

Hi everyone!!! So I've had MFP for a few years but was never consistent or serious! Recently I decided to make a commitment to myself and be healthy!! For a few weeks I was tracking everything and meal prepping (along with working out at home). However, I did have way too many treats and wasn't honest and didn't track them!! I have decided to be true and honest with myself and to really track what I eat since food intake is what's keeping me from reaching my goals.
In 2014 a friend introduced me to the beachbody program 21 day fix. I saw results and kept up with the new lifestyle-healthier eating and daily exercise. Over the past 2 years I have learned more about myself and continue to learn about myself. I am continuing to learn different exercises so that I no longer need to pOp in any DVDs to feel like I got a good workout. I have always been the short chubby girl... I just realized that is just a label. It doesn't "weigh" who I am! Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself since I have never been an active member in MFP.
