Magic Chef Convection Oven (NuWave) Recipes

My mother in law gave me her Magic Chef Convection Oven. Does anyone have any recipes they would like to share? I tried Sweet Potato Frys last night but didn't know what setting to use so it seemed to take a long time but they were crispy!

    I've had a Nuwave for several years and love it I use it constantly. A quick resource is the manufacturer's website, they ha e a cooking club.Magic Chef may too. One of my favorite resources is Pinterest you can search and find recipes for both. Just so you know Nuwave is not just convection,it also has infared,so times may be different.
