Starting Over....

Hi guys! I need some encouragement and motivation! I've always been someone to keep my calories and the food I ate at a level to where I usually don't gain, even though I may not be keeping my cals at a level to lose either (which is usually my frustration).
Over the past year, I've dealt with MAJOR problems with OCD. I was diagnosed around this time last year with a pretty bad case of it (contamination OCD) and it's caused major stress over the past 12-13 months. Therefore, all I felt I could do was just get through what I was struggling with at the moment and thinking about making healthy choices and being excited to start a diet plan fell WAY down on the list of priorities.
I've gained about 5 pounds since last October and ironically, last September I set out to lose 10 pounds and was doing ok with it until I was diagnosed.
It's harder now to do easy things (use a community microwave, bring finger foods as a snack etc)
I would love some encouragement as I try to start over and eat cleaner and healthier.
Any tips would be appreciated!
Oh and if anyone has OCD themselves, I would love to hear how you manage to stay on top of your health.
