Nothing specific just want to see what people did or still do to lose weight. Did u stop eating after 8? How many calories did u burn a workout? What was your breakfast? What types of food did you eat? Just curious to add new things to my routin

when I pack my lunch the night before work, I literally take about 20 minutes and I plan (and log) all my food for the entire day. I don't always stick exactly to it, but I am able to wiggle things around based on this planning. This is the only thing that has worked for me - it helps me identify that I have a lunch meeting I can't control or I can't work out tomorrow so I need to watch my calories more, or I have nothing major planned, can fit in a huge workout and plan to eat that cupcake I have been craving after dinner :) I find I can work in way more foods that I want if I plan the night before.

I weigh all my food on a food scale, and log it all. I keep my calories below the number of calories I need to maintain my weight.

    The end.

I lifted weights, tracked all intake, and adjusted calories down as I saw loss slow.

I did meal prep Sunday and used a food scale for portion control.
