Wow, that's impressive. Does that include walking or is it all running?

Both walking and running, along with elliptical and arc trainer miles. But mostly running :)

I'll have to tally mine up for the month so far, but I'm in. Are you training for anything in particular? Or just gettin' healthy?

OMG! I really never thought about it as a total. This is a combination of walking (mostly for a step count) and some treadmill work at night.

    You have got this!!

So how was your day? Did you get to log any mileage? I walked another 5.27mi and ran 15 min on the treadmill.

My goal is 30 miles (beginning runner), as of today (Nov 18th) I have 14.03. Should make it. I also start a Holiday Streak that starts Thanksgiving Day and runs through New Years Day. Join up

So how was everyone's day? I managed to walk 6.32 miles, but skipped the gym tonight.

Sorry for missing yesterday. How's the mileage coming?

Sorry, I don't always get notifications on my phone from MFP. I'm actually in a walking boot right now; I stress fractured my foot Friday night so looks like I won't be reaching my goal by the end of November. To answer your earlier question alipsie, I just enjoy running.

Well dang it!! I'm truly sorry to hear that. It's tough to be sidelined from what you enjoy.
But hey, it does give you a chance to focus on your upper body.

Thank you, my foot still is tender and super swollen but I'm not wearing my boot today for the first time! So I'll be heading back to the gym tomorrow :)

    How's your mileage going?

Goofy thing didn't send my whole post...
You'll be logging mileage in no time. Do you have access to a pool? When I was in physical therapy they had me hold a floaty and "run" in the deep end...no surface contact.

I don't have access to a pool :( and I'm located in New England so outdoor swimming is a no go this time of year. The elliptical is good and walking is okay, no running yet though :( I tried it yesterday and regretted it after a minute lol.

We'll put that down as things not to do for a while :smirk:
Just glad you're back moving again. It's tough to be away from something you enjoy.
