Hello!

I've always had the MyFitnessPal app on my phone and it has helped a lot in keeping track of my daily caloric consumption. So now I've decided to kick things up a notch and sign up on this forum to interact and share fitness ideas/tips with everybody.

I've been working out for a little over 3 years now, whenever I'm not too busy. So yeah.
