Hi, I'm hoping to start over again, and try to lose around 30 lb. Just been to clothes shop to try on some trousers and couldn't believe who I seen in the mirror. Can't have been me surely? Yep, it is. I do ok when I start my diets, but then some gremlins get in to my brain and sabotage it. I'm a young at heart 67 yr old who would love to get into some nice jeans and top again. Any words of wisdom would be welcome. What a good site, for members to help each other along. I live in U.K.

Have you already lost a bit of weight? If so, well done and sure you will keep going. Thanks for your nice reply. Yes, spring is a good time, maybe I could start to save up and put £2 away for every 1lb lost? That would motivate me and ask hubby to match it eh? Ha! Good luck. Keep us updated.1

Hiyah, UK based too. Welcome to mfp
I went from 18/20 to size 12 using this site.
Stick to it and 30 pounds will be gone
Be patient and if you mess up from time to time don't worry just don't quit
Good luck1
