Returning to MFP

Hey everyone!

My name is Shay. I'm 27, living in Richmond, VA, USA. I have used MFP with great success before. I stopped trying to lose weight and instead focused on loving myself. My self esteem is better, but now I want to lose weight to conceive a child with my amazing husband. I look forward to meeting you all!

    Hi,good luck, you have a wonderful goal to aim for! Keep motivated and you will succeed with both your goals. I am retired, but want to get back to feeling fit again, lots of aches and pains and extra weight doesn't help. So my goal is to lose around 30 lb. here's a hug to help you along your journey. ❤️

    Much support to you. My wife is expecting and between that, moving, and the holidays the odds are not in my favor, but I know if I can do it, then anyone can. God bless on your journey!
