New and getting back at it!

Thought I would give this a try. I have gotten lazy over the last 6 years and need to take off about 20 lbs, so here goes... getting back to the gym and healthy eating. My biggest problem is on the weekend's not exercising and eating like crap...

    Welcome (back).

    Allow for the weekend eating by adjusting the other 5 days down. Or use the TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) method to figure out your weekly needs. Start your week on Saturday and adjust the week days down so your weekly TDEE is where it needs to be.
