REALLY don't want to loose the lean muscle mass!

A year ago I joined a health club and set a goal to gain 5 lbs. or lean muscle mass. I did it! My trainer thought it would only take me a few months, so I was discouraged for a very long time, especially because I lost muscle mass the first few months. But I finally did it, and I am proud!
However, I also gained fat mass along the way. Now I want to loose 20 lbs. of fat WITHOUT loosing the muscle! AT ALL! I worked too hard! My trainer has me on a "maintenance" workout I do 2-3 times a week, about 45 mins. a session. I am prioritizing eating minimum 120 grams of protein (I have 115 lbs lean mass) every day over eating at a deficit. Any other suggestions on how I can HOLD ON to that muscle mass greatly appreciated.
