    Are you really eating less than 1000 calories most of the week? There is absolutely no reason to be eating that low. If your coach gave you that diet you should fire them. I compete and a diet like yours is going to destroy lean mass, plus you'll end up rebounding after the show. I highly encourage you to find a new trainer who isn't going to starve you, you don't have to starve to compete.
