Starting again

I've tried countless times to loose weight but I've never stuck through it. This time I'm definitely looking to stick through till the end, and I've changed my goal to a much higher number so it's realistic and I can feel good about myself when I get there and maybe keep going

    Find something or an image that motivates you, then you can refer back to it if you slip up. For example say yes to the dress was part of my motivation as I'd want to be my perfect size for my wedding but I wouldn't want to have to change all before my wedding, so if I'm ever unmotivated that helps!
