Stand still

I have 12 more lbs to lose to be post baby and I am having a hard time losing it. I am eating healthy and exercising when I can. What else can I do? Please any ideas are welcome.

P.s. I'm already down 38.7 lbs!

    Do you weigh your food and log absolutely everything you eat accurately every day of the week? If you look through your food diary are there blank days or days where you were inaccurate?

    Congratulations on being down so much so far! The last is the hardest but just stay on the plan and you'll get there.
    Simply because the last few pounds are the hardest, it is more critically important that you log honestly, accurately, completely, and immediately. Let there be no "cups" or "tablespoons" in your food log. Make everything truthful in grams.
