New Weight Loss Journey Need Motivation and Support

Hey yall I need all the Motivation and Support I can get as I work towards my new weight loss journey that I'm starting today and will not stop until I reach my goal weight, and currently I weigh in at 225.4 pounds and I'm hoping to get down to 150 by this time next year and I know it can be done as I've done it before. I'm also working on drinking more water and limiting how many soda's I have a day. I work out 5 days a week for almost 2 hours a day before work that way I'm starting my day of right. Please feel free to add me as a friend as I need all the support and motivation I can get.
