Back to improve my health

Hi everyone.
I feel slightly alone with my goal right now. I have a history of eating disorders and have recently been slipping into old habits. I often have trouble eating consistently and will forget to eat for several days/ Eat very little. My main problem is that I don't even realize that I'm doing it. I'm hopping that by starting a food log I will be able to stay a healthy weight, have more energy and generally feel and look better.

I would love to have friends to share my journey back into health with!

    Hello Sorree, well you are on the right track with all of the MFP motivators, I have been losing since last March. Mind you its not easy but very regarding
