Hello, I'm Tam, 50 years old. Back in August I was invited to a wedding. I pulled my kilt out from the wardrobe and when I tried it on, it nearly cut me in half. So I decided to do something about it. (Again)
I weighed 21st 3lb when I began on August 29th. Today I weigh 18st 5lb. So I've lost 40lbs in 2 month, which I'm obviously delighted with. I decided to download this app to help me keep a better record of my weight loss journey. So any tips on how to get the best out this app would be much appreciated
