Breakfast

I've never been a breakfast person...am I giving myself a disadvantage by not starting the day off with eating something in the morning? I drink water when I get up and am so busy in the mornings I don't normally eat till around 11.

    No - I am not a morning person either, and dont eat till noon for lunch - hasnt hindered my weight loss at all. In fact, if I eat breakfast, I usually end up hungrier during the day - its like a switch has been flipped, and turned the "Eat" program on!!

    Meal timing is irrelevant. Eat on whatever schedule provides you the most satiety and best adherence.
