Good Morning Sports fans! WOW! Autumn has truly arrived here in Carlsbad, CA. I went for my beach hike this morning and it was 49°, but with a pretty healthy breeze coming in off Madre Pacifica, it felt more like 32! I tell ya, the combination of Cardiomyopathy, Blood Thinners and a BP MAP of 61, I'm NOT looking forward to Winter. But I'm still beating the odds and groovin' on life!

    I hate the cold! Tucson girl here and it was 81 yesterday and I wore a sweater! Winter is coming.

    Well I don't live in Cali but I do live in the deep deep south.. where I am from it is freakish to not wear flip flops all year around.. I should buy stock in Teva.

    on a side note: it will be 47 sat for my 6:00 run, gotta suck it up! :)
