Any flavor of Greek yogurt of your choice (80 calories), one tbsp of peanut butter, cinnamon powder, cut half a banana into pieces, and a cup of whole strawberries then cut into pieces or whatever fruit you like doesn't have to be those two and then mix it all together
and yummmm keeps me full for hours
