Which Challenge is Right For Me?

Hi all! I'm new here and I joined because I desperately need motivation to exercise and eat better. I would like to start with a small goal so I'm hoping I can find a 30-day challenge to start with. I would like to have something that gives me a food shopping list/menu, exercises to do each day, etc. Im very visual and plan on making a calendar where I can put my meals and exercise for each day. I just have NO IDEA how to do it! Is there a challenge that kind of "holds your hand" and walks you through the whole thing? If I just try to "eat better and exercise" the only guarantee is that I wont LOL Any ideas?
