Hi all, I live In New Zealand, I Have some awesome MFP friends but they are all in the Northern Hemisphere, Looking to add friends on the same ish time zone- I have been doing a Ketogenic eating plan for two weeks, have lost over 3 kgs! (I don't really know how much because I was not going to look at the scales until I knew I would be under my last recorded weigh (2 months before) I weigh 100kgs exactly and looking to get to 72/75kgs I am 5ft 7. Thanks.
