Doctor Who Exercise Game

I have recently (FINALLY!) started watching Doctor Who and have had no motivation to do anything else for several days. So I thought I'd make sure I exercise in the meantime by turning a drinking game into an exercise game. I used the "Doctor Who the $#@! Drank the Last Beer?!" game from The Warp Zone's Drinking Games for Nerds (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=bGMWHIYcPLY). I have listed the Drinking Game (DG) instructions in addition to the Exercise Game (EG) instructions for each Doctor Who Moment (DWM). Naturally, anyone who would like to participate is welcome to use this, either as-is or adjusting to your own preferences and fitness levels. (I hate push-ups and lunges, so I equated them with the higher drinking numbers!)

"Doctor Who has this FANTASTIC body?!" Exercise Game

DWM: When the opening theme plays...
DG: take a drink
EG: do plank during the opening theme

DG: take a drink
EG: do 5 regular crunches

DG: take 2 drinks
EG: do 5 reverse crunches

DWM: Any time the Doctor says, "I'm the Doctor"...
DG: take 2 drinks
EG: do 5 oblique crunches

DWM: If someone responds with "Doctor who?"...
DG: take 2 drinks
EG: do 5 bicycle crunches

DWM: Whenever a character mentions the Tardis is bigger on the inside...
DG: take 3 drinks
EG: do 5 push-ups

DWM: Any time the Doctor mentions fixed points in time or the inability to alter one's own timeline...
DG: take a drink
EG: do 5 jumping jacks

DWM: Whenever a Dalek says the word, "Exterminate"...
DG: take a drink
EG: do 5 squats

DWM: Whenever the Doctor says one of his catchphrases...
DG: take 2 drinks
EG: do 5 lunges

DWM: Whenever the Doctor regenerates or a companion leaves him...
DG: finish your drink
EG: jog in place until nobody is crying anymore

I don't have one of those :ohwell: And I already run 3x/week (outside) but I only strength train once a week, so I figured I'd add some calisthenics

Haha oh god, I would be jogging a very long time if my crying counted.

Two pushups for every "Hello Sweetie"

three eight count bodybuilders every time someone is told they'll be assimilated

five squats every time Jack flirts (Bonus booty if you do this while watching Torchwood)

two lunges every time you hear the Tardis

two jumping jacks every time the Doctor points out the fact that something on his wardrobe is cool.

    Bonus death round:

Run around the block once every time Rory dies.

5 pushups every time Jack dies

    "Anytime someone dies"...

Ah, man, Rory and Clara must be brutal on you :)

I would add "Push ups anytime I have a dirty thought about David Tennant".
