Fried vegetable quinoa tofu turkey in curry favor

Total calories~ 450
Recipe: first step:1/2tbsp olive oil,1tsp garlic ,4oz Turkey. Cooked for 3-5mins then...... put all the
Second step:1cup cooked quinoa,1/5tofu3oz earthbound organic deep green blends,1/8 cayenne red pepper,1/4 curry powder. For another 3-5mins. Done! Yum yum in my tummy!
Just a recommended that I usually make 4 servings size to prepare my meal for other days. Thanks
