New to fitness pal.

Hi, I am loving this app! I like when it kind of yells at you! You're supposed to stay under so many carbs and when it says, you made your Protein today! I feel like I have my very own coach!

I'm in TN and I have promised my self that I will get down to 160 and maintain. I started at 221 and am down 10 in 8 weeks. Folks like their food in Knoxville, so it's not been an easy start.

My first 3 weeks felt like I was going through withdraw, I was not pleasant to be around, I didn't want to be around me!

I'm glad to be a part of this journey with you all and I will keep you all in my thoughts as we continue on our paths!
