Healthy food ideas anyone please

Hello i am struggling on what foods are ok to eat when loosing weight chicken is the only thing i know and salad and vegtables and fruit anything else please help

There are a ton of foods to be discovered out there, but we can't tell what you'll like or not like. We don't know what will fit into your goals best. You're in this for the long haul and you have to be able to maintain once you reach your goals. Start with foods that you like, even if they aren't traditionally considered healthy. Find ways to make them fit into your goals. Figure out what keeps you feeling better throughout the day; it'll be different from person to person. Branch out and try new things. Read nutrition labels at the grocery store. Watch your macro and micro numbers to see how you're doing nutritionally. Include a new food in your diet every week. Try a new recipe every Wednesday. Check out sites like Eating Well, Cooking Light, Pinterest, Skinny Taste, or others. Whatever works best for you.
It takes some time to build a personal food routine, but it will serve you better in the long run than sticking to a handful of recommended foods.
For some examples: fish, seafood, beef, pork, dairy, fruits & veggies, chicken, turkey, pasta, potatoes, eggs, samdwiches, salads, rice & beans, snack bars, dark chocolate, etc are all staples of my diet while I'm losing weight.1 -

This week I had chicken and dumplings, beef curry with rice, beef stew with potato dumplings, Dickie's barbecue, pork chops with rice and broccoli, and pork fried rice for dinner. I also lost 3 pounds. No special foods needed to lose weight.2

Wow they sound very delish jenny i will try that out and did you loose 3 pounds in just that week what do you have for breakfast of u dont mind me asking0

My diary is open if you want to look around. You can find plenty of open diaries if you poke around enough profiles. It is a great place to get ideas. I usually have Greek yogurt with peanut butter and berries and a latte for breakfast. Though sometimes I have too many midnight snacks and just stick to the latte.0
