Having troubles. Tips?

I'm having trouble balancing the sweet tooth and the calorie goals. Any tips on low calorie treats?

    I have a major sweet tooth myself. I switched to fruits (which are at least natural sugar). Eating as much as I want were much lower calories than the cakes/candies I love, but I still get a sweet fix.

    I satisfy my sweet tooth with a couple squares of 70% dark chocolate, frozen. Yumm.
  • I haven't completely given up my sweet tooth. I just make sure I work out enough to factor in enough room for a bite sized piece of my favorite candy or cup of ice cream.

    Frozen fruit. Grapes, strawberries, kiwi.
