I just got the program and starting today. I'm sure it would be more fun in a group setting!

I do it at home but not often. I am trying a live class Tuesday. Come back to tell us what you think.

You will like it. Never tried it outside of a home video.

I love PiYo. The best way I can describe it is like yoga and pilates on speed!

I didn't like it in a live class. Way too slow and crowded. I didn't break a sweat.

I take live piyo classes. Sometimes I am very sweaty and other times it is more mild. I do think it is a great workout but prob depends a lot on instructor. Hope you like it!

An aside: One class had a very calming yoga type ending and I felt so great walking out that day.
