Reduce bodyfat via a caloric deficit. You may also find resistance training beneficial.

Do you have diastasis recti? If so there's some exercises, such as sit ups and crunches, that could make it worse.

It's not possible to spot reduce. Meaning, we don't get to pick where we want weight to come off from and then do an exercise or wrap it in cling film to make it happen.

If you're currently over a healthy body weight for your height, then eating a caloric deficit and doing strength training/weight lifting will reduce your body fat percentage and give you an overall leaner look over time.

If you're currently at a healthy weight, then you might want to consider recomposition instead. Eat at maintenance while doing strength training. You'll slowly reduce body fat and start to look leaner.

Here are some helpful threads to get you started:

I found losing body fat and weight training has really helped me. I had a c-section with my first and it created a little bump that I know I will never be able to get rid of. You can definitely firm the area up a lot and make it look flatter with a good weight training program and caloric deficit to your desired body fat percentage.

Yoga, with twisting poses. Plus the other stuff above.
