So here is a water intake challenge. I have always been bad with keeping up with drinking enough water so I decided to make it a challenge. Since I really don't think I am the only one. I found this on the web I dunno if it is accurate but at least its something to go off of which makes sense. If anyone finds a calculation that is correct please share with everyone else, but until then let's stay hydrated.

I'm in, I'll try for 64 oz a day for the rest of November. With all the extra exercising I'm doing this month I need it more than ever. I also only have one kidney and I'm probably damaging it with the chemicals/sodium etc. in all the diet coke I drink daily,1

You must have read my mind! I can never remember to drink water - just tea and coffee, which some studies say count as water. What is your take on that? Anyways, I am in and setting my first goal as 32 ounces additional plain water. Thanks for this great challenge! Cheers!0
