First Day Getting Healthy

I am hoping for success in changing the way I eat with My Fitness Pal. I look forward to all suggestions.

    I explained to a friend that before this weight loss I knew "how" to eat. With the resources of myfitnesspal I've learned "why" to eat.

    :) Start with baby steps.....weigh and measure and log everything you put in your mouth so you can begin to find where you can make changes.....seek every opportunity to be active so you burn more calories....find a supportive community to check in with every day....make this journey the most important thing in your life

    Changing the way you eat is hard, managing your eating is easier. Don't cut out foods you love and switch to foods you can't care less for. Instead focus on managing how much you eat of that house sirloin with jack daniels barbecue sauce. Instead of eating a whole bag of chips watching the game, eat half a bag of chips. (I'm exaggerating.......slightly)
