B12 Vitamins anyone?

Does anyone take B12 vitamins on a daily basis? If you do, what dosage? Do you notice a difference in your body? (more energy, clearer skin, healthier hair, etc... ) This is what I've noticed so far. Been taking for about 3 weeks.

first b12 isnt a miricle especially if you have adequate levels... my opinion on b12 is this.. if you are not defienct you dont need to take it... especially if you eat animal products. The liver stores b12 for years. Its a water soluble vitamin meaning it gets dissolved and then peed out. Its hard to find distinguishing opinions and articles but its thought that taking little amounts every once in a while is better absorbed then taking everyday. I am deficient on and off due too issues my body has with absorbing nutrients. No oral vitamin has ever made me feel a difference but shots have.. again that is becaus of an actual deficiency.1
