Ever since I've had my daughter I've struggled with eating bad and being overweight I'm ready to change that. I'm tired of being unhealthy filling my body with junk. I'm open to recipes different tips for motivation and a new friend! Please add!

I've had trouble with not eating right too with college and a full time job its hard to have time. one tip i do know has worked for me is eating protein first thing in the morning like eggs and bacon to start then eat big salad with protein like a pork chop or chicken and having a big glass of water. you can even prep like boiled eggs or something like that for a fast protein filled snack. I always keep peanuts at hand if i get hungry and have a big glass of water. It's a healthy start.0

even snacking on those dino nuggets for kids is good protein with a big salad. (you can snack when your daughter is (if she is old enough for those)0
